End-to-end interconnect monitoring

Meucci Solutions carries out live tests to measure interconnect quality. To accomplish this, we utilize our global network of probes. These are equipped with the SIM cards of each local mobile operator and feature connections to major fixed line operators. We can also connect a probe to your network to make test calls to any of our installed probes.

Inbound and outbound

Many roaming services require a good inbound and outbound interconnect quality. Our GMTP platform enables us to measure the true customer experience for both inbound and outbound interconnect. The platform can easily handle a large number of calls. We monitor CLI availability, voice quality, video telephony, and various other call performance parameters. These include the call setup delay and the call success rate.
